Free Re-String and String-Recycling Event
Is your guitar in need of a re-string? Join Bananas At Large for this exciting event! Bring in your electric or acoustic guitar and get a FREE, fresh set of strings—all while helping the environment.
In honor of Earth Day and International Guitar Month, Bananas will host its inaugural Playback event, a D’Addario-sponsored re-string and string-recycling event. The program will accept strings from any manufacturer, and recycle your old strings for you. It’s powered by TerraCycle, a highly awarded, international upcycling and recycling company that collects difficult-to-recycle packaging and products, and repurposes the material into affordable, innovative products.
Tuesday 4/12 in San Rafael, 2pm to 6:30pm.
Wednesday 4/13 in Santa Rosa, 2pm to 6:00pm.
Free re-string event in exchange for old used strings (limited to one restring per customer)
*Floyd Rose bridges walk away with a free set not installed. Bass guitars are accepted up to a 5-string.
